About You:

As a creatively adventurous individual, you’re naturally curious. You generate ideas easily and enjoy the challenge of a design brief.

The team will love working with you because of your ability to get straight to the heart of the problem and quickly develop imaginative responses that speak perfectly to the brief and client needs.

Your exceptional design skills and keen eye for detail mean you deliver work to a very high standard. And most of all, your natural energy and tenacity helps you overcome any barriers that stand in the way of achieving your own and the client’s goals.

Requirements for the role:

• Excellent conceptual and design skills
• You’ll have a wealth of design experience and can work across a wide range of creative disciplines including branding, design, digital and print
• Previous agency experience; you'll have experienced a busy studio environment ideally in an established design/integrated agency, with excellent communication skills
• A portfolio with excellent storytelling, showing beautifully executed work born from inspiring ideas and clever solutions to interesting creative challenges
• A willingness to collaborate with team members from across the agency, whilst also comfortable to develop work under your own steam
• You'll be able to talk about your work and thinking with confidence in front of your teammates, as well as clients
• Illustration skills would be beneficial
• Excellent time management, and the ability to produce outstanding work to a deadline
• A passion for great design and creative, and a willingness to share inspiration and new thinking with others
