Designer

Trends & Culture is a studio for strategy, technology and creativity based in London & Paris. Our mission is to collaborate with progressive fashion, luxury and lifestyle brands and to move culture forward.

We're looking for a designer with 1-3 years’ experience to join our team and work across art direction and graphic design projects. Here is a summary of what the job will entail and the qualities we're looking for:

• Creative Inspiration: Inspire and motivate other members of the Trends & Culture team with art direction and design knowledge encouraging the use of new technologies, channels and original creative approaches.
• High-Quality Design Execution: Create high quality, innovative design work to a standard and level of detail aligned to the high calibre expected by Trends&Culture Clients. Justify your design proposals with well-considered rationales.
• Art Direction & Research: Support the Art Director in the conceptualisation and execution of beautiful and effective campaigns, branding and communications. Work to produce the best response to the brief including creative visual research aligned to the high calibre expected by Trends&Culture clients.
• Collaborative Working: Work collaboratively with cross-discipline teams across Strategy, Creative and Production, as well as external skillsets to ensure that creative and visual ideas are fully rooted in the brand, fully interrogated and can be accurately executed
• Succinct Presentation: Deliver convincing and succinct presentations to internal Trends & Culture teams and where relevant, clients, capturing and addressing requirements and feedback.
