The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team of creatives, where you'll play the vital role in supporting business development and marketing initiatives for the firm's key areas of activity (Residential & Commercial property).

You'll work closely with the entire team to create strategic campaigns to deliver new business opportunities, client engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries and sectors -

• Build and nurture a healthy pipeline of qualified leads

• Lead outreach efforts (email, networking, events, LinkedIn, etc.) to connect with potential clients

• Craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs

• Respond to RFPs and lead pitch processes in collaboration with the internal team

• Monitor trends and insights to identify potential areas for agency growth

• Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years in business development, sales and client acquisition (preferably in a marketing/creative agency or related field)

• A deep understanding of marketing, branding, and digital strategy

• Strong communication and storytelling skills – you know how to pitch ideas that resonate

• Proactive mindset – you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them

• A relationship builder who can open doors and keep them open
