At The Salad Project, we’re on a mission to become the most iconic salad bar in London - serving food that’s fast, fresh, and seriously delicious. Since opening our first store in 2021, we’ve been transforming the way people eat on the go - and we are now one of London’s fastest growing food brands.
About The Role
We’re growing quickly and looking for someone who lives and breathes video to support the marketing and brand teams. A skilled creative who knows social content - exactly why a video performs, what makes a scroll-stopper and crucially - you know how to make it. This role is hands-on, high-output and creative - it is central to our growth not only across social channels but as a brand.
Key Responsibilities
You’re driving the content engine - ideas, shoots, edits.
- Create standout, high quality content for organic and paid social channels
- Shoot and edit video and photography for everything The Salad Project - campaigns, events, stores and launches.
- Capture content at events, activations, store visits, brand moments and brand shoots - then turn around edits fast for real-time posting.
- Manage production logistics for in-house shoots (prep, props, product, kit).
- Pitch sharp, platform-native ideas for BAU, campaigns and launches.
- Stay plugged into emerging trends, formats, sounds and features.
What You Need to Be Brilliant At
- Shooting confidently on camera and phone
- Editing with strong instincts for hooks, pacing, transitions, motion graphics, colour grading and sound syncing.
- Understanding content performance and executing learnings into new iterations
- Creative storytelling that moves fast but stays on-brand
- Proficiency in Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar)
About You
- A natural creator with a feel for culture, food, storytelling and trends.
- Organised - you can manage shoots, calendars, ideas and assets without chaos.
- Proactive, fast-moving and comfortable with quick turnarounds.
- Positive, resourceful and up for rolling your sleeves up when the moment calls for it.
- Someone who cares about results and takes full ownership of their output.
Why This Role Matters
You’ll be shaping how thousands of people discover The Salad Project every day. Your work will influence perception, growth, engagement and the brand’s cultural footprint. If you’re ambitious about creating high quality content and keen to build something big - you’ll thrive here.
