Role summary:
We’re looking for a new thinking design challenger. Someone close to the design zeitgeist and eager to bring unexpected ideas into the studio. You’ll be ready to learn from the senior heads here – but ready to challenge them too.
Role description:
- A minimum of 3 year’s design studio experience, ideally in branding
- Great technical skills including Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD)
- Demonstrate 'hands on' design solutions
- Understand creative briefs and project challenges to answer the client’s needs in full
- Collaborate with and support Senior Designers, Design Director and Creative Director
- Assist in the creation of strategic, idea-driven design presentations
- Support the presentation of strategic ideas, creative concepts and design to clients
- Understand and respond to client feedback, seeking support if required
- Support in the development of projects from initial concept through to completion
- Assist on art-directed film and photoshoots
- Knowledge of digital applications and the effective implementation of brand experiences across
- Work with the client services team to deliver ideas and project deliverables to agreed timings and budget
- Oversee and mentor interns and less-experienced creatives
