Roll Studio is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in London to work closely with one of our clients (a leading European Real Estate Adviser) on a variety of their web projects.

About You:

The Project Manager at Roll Studio can demonstrate outstanding talents and achievements, as well as relevant experience and interests. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with strong problem-solving, influencing and negotiation skills. You'll be working closely with one of our clients, a leading European Real Estate Adviser, as well as coordinating with our creative and technical teams as the primary point of contact to successfully deliver projects in line with agreed scope, timelines and budgets. You'll have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, and you'll be able to anticipate challenges and risks to ensure the smooth running of projects.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Managing client’s content management systems, working with developers and editors to ensure clients’ needs are met
  • Supervising content management team (blogs, new pages, campaign pages, service pages, contact profiles, leavers)
  • Creating and implementing content schedules for people to produce or update content
  • Staying knowledgeable about the site's subject area
  • Covering web support manager duties: check daily emails, direct queries to appropriate teams, supervise tickets creation, operate accordingly to the SLA, prioritise issues
  • Supporting client with new requests (new pages, new features, tweaks, improvements, integrations)
  • Working with the development team on the deployment, supervising live releases Code drops (create Asana board, arrange tickets, supervise development, test, deliver code drop at the end of the month, test on BNP staging environment, test on live after deployment)
  • Managing the web support executive workload and morale, being able to both support but also train and delegate
  • Organising and leading projects meetings with both client and stakeholders
  • Providing regular project status updates
  • Running weekly calls with the client to discuss maintenance tasks and projects statuses and new project on-board/brief
  • Exporting leads from websites for the 4 lines of business and Asana for all business lines
  • Liaising and communicating with stakeholders, third party integrations and contractors
  • Knowledge over images, pdfs and content upload best practice
  • Being able to arrange the workload between different teams
  • Serving as the escalation point for high-priority support cases
  • Coordinating resources to achieve issue resolution
  • Managing maintenance trackers accordingly
  • Creating Roadmaps and keeping track of the progress
  • Creating Gantt Charts

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Self-starter, confident with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Outstanding attention to detail, method and excellent time management skills
  • Confidence to brief design and development teams and convey requirements in a precise manner
  • Managing numerous stakeholders, and resolving conflicting interests when necessary, while maintaining the integrity of the project
  • Ability to give input into the technical planning of the project and then to schedule, allocate resources and brief relevant design and development teams
  • Experience in working with different content management systems (Drupal and WordPress knowledge is highly preferred)
  • Experience in working with Concrete is a plus
  • Basic Reapit knowledge is a plus
  • Producing project documentation
  • Time Tracking and invoicing
  • Experience in testing using actual devices, virtual machines or emulators
