Senior Designer (Branding Focus)

Freelance / Contract — London (Hybrid, Shoreditch Studio)

We’re seeking a proven Senior Designer with a deep, senior-level background in branding to join our creative team on an initial freelance basis.

Who you are

A strategically minded, conceptually bold designer with a refined aesthetic sensibility and a proven ability to lead projects from ideation to execution. You must be confident shaping brand narratives for luxury, fashion, arts and cultural/public sector clients, while guiding multidisciplinary teams toward beautifully crafted results. Applicants experienced within the ultra-luxury sector, and familiar with UHNWI audiences, preferred.

Core requirements

• 6+ years of senior-level design experience, focused on brand identity.
• Proven experience leading branding projects and mentoring junior creatives.
• Research driven.
• Outstanding craft in visual design — both digital and print — with a rigorous eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion or 3D experience a plus.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple streams of work.
• Confident communicator with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
