Now, with over 15 UK stores and many more popping up all around the world at an incredibly fast rate, we’re growing from strength to strength and have some exciting opportunities on the horizon which requires us to expand our e-commerce team, and that’s where you come in.

About this role:

You as our Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation of impactful visuals and design layouts for Diamonds Factory, on both digital and print collateral. You will create innovative designs and will work closely with several teams including Creative/Content, PR, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Social, CRM and Ecommerce.

How you’ll contribute:

• Ensuring the brand is portrayed in a consistent manner across every channel
• Website banner design
• Email design
• Social media assets
• PPC/Facebook ads design
• POS and in store marketing materials
• Collateral materials e.g sale, holiday cards etc
• Brochures/e-brochures for special projects and collaborations
• Visual merchandising assets
• Photoshoot video and picture editing

The talent you’ll bring:

• Experience in Graphic Design (2-3 years)
• Creative with the ability to make a brand’s identity come to life through great design
• Commercially minded
• Be experienced in colour correcting and signing off proofs
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects with the same degree of priority
• Extremely organised, experience in managing workflow
• Sensitivity to strict schedules and flexible to make changes within tight deadlines
• Highly experienced dealing with print production
• Excellent skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator) and Figma
• Proactive
• Collaborative team player
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and accuracy are essential
• Have a sense of urgency and ability to deal swiftly with changing needs and briefs
• Passion and desire for learning and growth

What we do for you:

• Competitive salary £30,000 - £32,000
• Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
