We’re a fast-growing brand with a small, busy marketing team, and now we need a Senior Designer to help us stand out. This is your chance to put your mark on a brand that’s already making waves. We need someone with a sharp eye, a creative mind, and the ability to turn ideas into designs that make people stop scrolling.
What you’ll be doing:
* Creating visually stunning assets for web, email, and social.
* Developing and refining our brand identity—consistency is key, but so is keeping things fresh.
* Designing packaging that stands out on kitchen counters and retail shelves alike.
* Ensuring every touchpoint—ads, website, emails—feels unmistakably Rave.
* Working closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams to bring campaigns to life.
What you’ll need:
* Strong experience in graphic design (agency or brand-side, we don’t mind—just show us what you’ve done).
* A portfolio packed with work that makes us say “wow.”
* A deep understanding of branding and how to apply it consistently.
* The ability to work fast, take feedback, and adapt—because things move quickly around here.
* A love for coffee (okay, this one’s optional, but it helps).
This is a hands-on role for a designer who wants to create work that actually gets seen—and makes an impact.
