Position Overview
We're looking for an exceptional designer to join our London team full-time. Your role will be to translate complex science and technology into world-class visual design. Your work will help our clients build understanding, credibility, and trust with high-stakes audiences like investors, strategic partners & future employees.
You’ll work with venture backed tech founders to deliver exceptional brand & web designs from initial moodboards to final delivery. You’ll be on a team with a creative director and a team of specialist subcontractors.
You will do well in this role if you are a Figma wizard with high creativity, attention to detail and pride in your craft. Above all, we're looking for someone who believes frontier technology has the power to shape humanity's future and wants to help the companies building it succeed.
Requirements
Obsessed with craft. You care deeply about typography, composition and the small details that make designs stand out.
Exceptional taste. You know what world-class design looks like, and instinctively recognise when something isn't good enough.
Proactive ownership. You go beyond the brief, challenge assumptions, and constantly find new ways to add value.
Figma mastery. Figma feels like an extension of your brain. You've memorised every keyboard shortcut.
AI-native workflow. You use AI tools daily to explore ideas, accelerate execution, and push your creative capabilities.
Intellectual curiosity. You're fascinated by frontier technology, startups, venture capital, and the people building the future.
Systems thinking. You don't just design beautiful screens. You build coherent, scalable visual systems.
Strong communication. You can articulate your design decisions, defend your thinking, and incorporate feedback.
High standards, low ego. You take pride in your work, welcome criticism, and care more about the outcome than being right.
3+ years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative work.
