Summary of the Senior Designer role
As a Senior Designer in the Experience Retail team, you will work within a multi-functional creative team to create design solutions for a range of fashion, sports and lifestyle clients. You will research and visualise concepts, developing strategic consumer experiences that come to life across physical and digital spaces.
Some responsibilities of the Senior Designer role will include
- Work with the wider studio team to deliver high quality creative solutions
- Interpret and develop client briefs alongside the Design Directors and Client Services team
- Mentor and encourage more junior members of the team. Be a go-to for advice and guidance. Foster an open forum of creativity with the team
- Continually develop technical skills appropriate to the role
- Present creative concepts to Client Services and the Studio Team in a thoughtful and articulate manner
- Deliver presentations to clients and roadmap explanations to client
