Senior Brand / Digital Designer

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Designer to join KOTA and play a key role in shaping ambitious brands and digital experiences for our clients. This is a senior, hands on role for a designer who is equally strong in brand thinking and digital execution, and who thrives on leading projects from idea through to delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you will take ownership of major client projects, working closely with strategists, developers, and clients to deliver thoughtful, high quality work that stands out.

What you will do:

• Implement brand strategy led projects into perfectly positioned brand visual identities
• Lead both complex UX and creative UI website design across high profile projects
• Translate strategic thinking into strong, distinctive visual systems and digital experiences
• Develop and present clear, compelling brand narratives and design concepts to clients
• Own multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, consistency, and on time delivery
• Build trusted relationships with clients through confident communication and presentation
• Support and mentor junior designers, setting a high bar for craft and detail
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design intent is carried through to build
• Stay curious and informed about design trends, tools, and emerging digital approaches
