Who we are

Based in London, Nicolas Lavrov Studio is a multi-disciplinary design consultancy specialising in brand identity, art direction, packaging, product, print, online, interactive and eCommerce platform design.

We work across a variety of media and fields, ranging from brand identity to digital media and advertising.

The Opportunity

With a growing list of clients and demand for design, we are looking for a junior graphic designer that is eager to support and learn from our team of designers.

As a small design studio, the tasks will be very broad and diverse, ranging from digital to print, photo, layouts, presentations and graphics. You need to be ready and willing to dive in head first, there is no task too big or small.

Who you are

• To support the design team and assist on various tasks when required
• Assist in the brainstorming to produce new ideas and concepts and support the development of designs for print and digital media
• Have an eye for detail and quality assurance
• A passion for layouts and typography for both print and digital
• Have proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite in XD/Figma and After Effects
• A strong understanding of design principles and guidelines.
• Able to develop strong relationships with new/potential clients, confidently driving conversations around design quality and constructively challenging briefs and feedback
• Able to work quickly and calmly to meet all deadlines, juggling multiple projects simultaneously
• Extremely organised, with great attention to detail and an ability to maintain high standards during bursts of activity
• Follow instructions and implement changes accordingly

Job details

The role is fulltime, based in our studio in London.

Essentials

• Strong design portfolio, showing your ability to think conceptually.
• Degree level qualification in design.
• Fluent in English, French is a bonus.
• Ability to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor visa)

Start date: early August (some flexibility possible for the right candidate).
