Job Description
We are looking for a digital creative to work on a music project.
This is not a traditional “social media” role.
The music platform sits at the intersection of music, fashion, and cultural archives, with a fast-growing audience drawn to rare Italian disco performances from the late 70s and early 80s.
We are looking for someone who can translate this world into strong, cinematic, high-impact social content.
What you’ll be working on
- Editing and transforming archival footage into engaging, modern videos
- Creating new content formats
- Bringing a sense of rhythm, tension, and storytelling to every piece of content
- Working closely with us to define a clear content direction and system
- Testing formats, analysing performance, and refining what works
What we’re looking for
- You are not a “social media manager”.
- You are someone who sits between:
- Video editor
- Creative thinker
- Digital native
You should have:
- Strong skills in video editing (Reels / TikTok / short-form)
- A good understanding of what works online and why
- A real sensitivity to aesthetics, pacing, and mood
- Interest in music, fashion, and visual culture
- You don’t need years of experience, but you need taste.
