  • Proven experience in digital account management or digital client services, within a UK web or creative agency
  • Demonstrate AI literacy to improve efficiencies and quality of digital delivery and advising clients on relevant AI opportunities with responsible, ethical context.
  • Demonstrate the ability to edit content directly within CMS platforms (Wordpress), ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and performance best practice.
  • Strong technical fluency with web terminology and concepts e.g. CMS, CRM, API’s, best practice), able to advise and brief confidently.
  • Strong strategic judgement and problem-solving ability, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional project delivery, including designers and developers.
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities without losing sight of client satisfaction.
  • Excellent understanding on digital best practices and industry norms in web delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and an advocate for digital clients, building long-term trusted relationships and understanding their goals.
  • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs and communicate effectively with internal SF team and developer partners.
  • Coordinate the delivery of digital projects, ensuring timelines, quality and commercial outcomes are met, working closely with the accounts team on resourcing, budgets, invoicing, and reporting on commercial performance.
