We are an independent, Shoreditch-based creative company specialising in creative, design, experience and strategy and we are on the lookout for a Junior Designer to join our team.

THE ROLE

In collaboration with our head designers and concept leads, you will work across multiple projects to ensure that visual content and design assets are executed to a high standard. You will be asked to use your skills and expertise to take the lead on the creation of provocative visuals that execute a brief, in line with the TMC approach. This may include, but is not limited to, the creation of visual languages for client campaigns, retail installations, social media assets, agency pitches and OOH collateral, as well as our internal output. You will join a medium-sized team, working in a fast paced, exciting creative environment. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in graphic design as well as creative flair and fresh ideas

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Creating visual languages for campaigns

– Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

– Able to work to high standards and short turnarounds

– Liaising with internal production teams across multiple projects

– Designing and producing decks for client pitches and responses

– Consistent quality control of output

- Preparing artwork for print

- Work closely with junior designers to provide feedback and develop creative

- Flexible working hours, as occasionally jobs will run into the evening

– A keen interest in sportswear, fashion and design

– A good understanding of print and digital application

– An awareness of wider cultural trends

– Organised and methodical with high attention to detail

– A good sense of humour :)
