Job Description

Peas have teamed with a multi-award winning business. They specialise in building emotional connections through storytelling for a diverse range of clients in sponsorship and sport. They partner with the most prestigious names in sport including Football, Racing, Basketball to name a few.

After a successful 2023 and some big wins this year they are seeking some talent and energy into the studio in the shape of a Middle Weight Designer. You join their Creative Department formed of Designers, Creatives and Motions Designers. You will be instrumental in crafting world-class designs that resonate with the audience. As a Designer you will demonstrate exceptional design craft, innovation, and a proactive attitude towards their work.

Key Responsibilities:

Crafting and executing Visual Identity and Branding projects.

Designing for creative campaigns, social media content plans, and social media assets

Contributing to pitches by developing creative content and producing presentation decks

Managing, organizing, and maintaining the quality of design throughout all project phases

Being part of a team

Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the studio + through your work

A big advocator for the growth and visibility of women's sports

About you;

Currently working at Middle Weight Designer Level

A real pro in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat,

A background in Branding and Campaign work

Passion for sports and creativity

An advocate for sustainability and diversity initiatives

They are based in Central London and ask that everyone collaborates in the studio 3 days per week.
