Multifaceted Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

We’re on the hunt for a super creative, digitally minded all round designer to join our ever-expanding team and help us grow and transform our brand and product platform. We’re a young flexible fast paced company that puts a strong emphasis on independent thought, problem solving and being a team player. A passion for design and digital brand building is a must.

We’re not just looking for anyone! You’ll need to be an energetic, eager personality comfortable with creating consistently beautiful and considered designs across a wide range of applications from social, product, UX, UI and day to day brand collateral.

You’ll be working with a wide range of brilliant team members from every skillset that will need a confidant creative to produce and lead consistently high-level designs from varied briefs.

Skills

• Have a strong understanding of brand creation, process, and application
• Have a great eye for detail and pixel perfect designs
• Good understanding around component library creation and application
• Strong understanding of UI across a range of digital applications including web, app and product
• Great knowledge in design for social
• Experience of art working and handover processes across digital and print mediums
• Illustration skills is a bonus
• Creative problem solving
• Excellent team player

Experience

• 3-5 years working as a full-time designer
• Exposure to being part of a multi-faceted tech team
• Application of brand elements and creation of them
• Experience leading multiple design projects

Software skills

• Strong abilities in all adobe programmes especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• Solid knowledge in digital programmes such as Figma, Sketch and prototyping tools
• Additional understanding of Word or PowerPoint is useful

ProblemShared is a remote business, and we have no central office. As a result, the team all work from home (or other suitable locations) so you will need to be comfortable with this as a working environment and have reliable internet connection.
