Soft Power is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Hackney, East London.
We are a creative studio working globally with a range of clients in fashion, sport and luxury such as Nike, On Running, Air Jordan, Post Archive Faction and Rapha. We work on a wide range of projects from branding through to campaigns.
As a Junior Project Manager & Studio Assistant you will be working closely with our Creative Directors as well as the wider design team to ensure the smooth running of the studio and the delivery of projects on time and on budget.
Your experience:
— 1+ years professional experience in a design studio or similar creative agency preferrable
— An understanding of, and affinity for the creative process
Required skills:
— Creating schedules, budget, planning
— Supporting partners to ensure consistent organisation and management
— Monitoring project deadlines and team workload
— Liaising with clients to keep them informed on project status
— Liaising with production suppliers to ensure smooth running of the production
— Coordinating meetings, booking online meetings
— Monitoring project expenses; Coordinating travels
Software:
— Office on Mac
— Knowledge of Dropbox, Google Docs
— Project Management tools (Slack)
Additional information:
This is a Studio based position (5 days/week) in our studio in Hackney
Holidays - 20 days + bank holidays + time off between Christmas and New Year
