Job Description
This is a Senior Project Management role at a hospitality design studio working with the biggest names in our sector. We are a studio of designers, writers, artists & strategists passionate about the space where hospitality and design meet.
We’re expanding across our London and Belfast studios and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our talented Project Management team. This person should display impeccable critical thinking, project management, and client management skills.
Project Managers are critical to the success of our studio. Creative work breaks down when decisions are delayed, and expectations are unclear. This role exists to ensure our projects are collaborative, strategically led, and seamlessly delivered. Working as a trusted partner and advisor to clients, internal teams, and Crown Creative’s leadership team, this role requires strong client and project management instincts, clear communication, and confidence in making decisions and collaborating. You are not responsible for creative execution, but you are responsible for empowering teams to make key decisions.
At Crown, Project Managers do not simply organise others – you will be embedded in the work, responsible for helping keep projects on track, and providing all the information needed to allow our team and our client partners to make the best decisions. We leave our egos at the door, and play to win as a team.
While Crown Creative promotes a flexible working environment, we require this person to be based in London or Belfast or be willing to relocate & have full-time availability. You must have the right to work in the UK.
