Senior Creative
Fire Without Smoke is a creative & marketing studio solely for the games industry. We are currently looking for a full-time Senior Creative to work on pitches and our portfolio of clients that includes Riot Games, Ubisoft, EA and Square Enix.
To be in the running you must have a successful background working in advertising or creative communications. Your portfolio must show us that you can turn a brief into compelling work that turns heads and gets people talking. You must have at least 5+ years working on notable brands at leading agencies. Working as a lone ranger or collaborating with the team you will own projects from brief to delivery, reporting into our Creative Director.
Day to day you’ll:
- Create impactful ideas for clients and pitches
- Lead and manage the creative direction of projects
- Rally the team around ideas and sell the vision to clients
- Define and bring to life integrated campaigns
- Define channel specific work across digital, TV, Print, Social, Events, OOH
- Craft copy and art direction to create high-quality executions
- Build strong and trusting relationships with clients and team members
- Inspire the Studio to produce the best possible game content

You’ll need:
- 5+ years working as a creative at a leading agency
- An exceptional portfolio of work across all channels
- Proficient skills of Adobe Creative software
- A deep knowledge and passion for video games
