DIY Creative are hiring an Account Manager to work across their female brands. DIY are an agency founded in street culture, fashion and action sports. Their roster includes brands such as Roxy, Quiksilver, DC, Impala, Tatty Devine and Bowl Grabber.
Key duties in role:
Planning and implementing PR outreach for 4 x clients, working from calendars of their releases. This includes regular calls with the brands, working with them to meet media image and information requests, keeping track of coverage warm leads and following up where necessary.
Maintaining press contacts database.
Overseeing social media coverage for clients, working with DIY's Social Media Manager on gifting outreach for new collections and Office Manager on product shipping.
Creating bi-weekly coverage reports.
Assisting in the organisation of press events (UK and abroad), in particular being responsible for invitations and monitoring responses.
Being responsive to collaboration opportunities that arise, and managing on behalf of the client where necessary.
Managing junior colleagues and inducting new team members
Being able to work independently and have a good sense of time management
Needs to be able to be sufficient on Google Sheets, Canva and Gmail
