Job Description
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the engine behind R.N.A’s creative delivery – connecting teams, timelines, and talent to bring ideas to life with precision and care. You’ll combine operational structure with a creative mindset, ensuring every brief runs smoothly from kickoff to delivery. Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, you’ll help translate creative ambition into flawless execution.
In the role, you’ll
- Lead day-to-day project management across digital, social and content-based campaigns – mapping timelines, tracking budgets and keeping teams aligned from brief to delivery
- Maintain up-to-date Asana boards, resourcing trackers, and schedules, flagging risks before they surface and keeping stakeholders informed at every stage
- Translate complex information into simple, actionable direction for internal teams, ensuring every deliverable is on-brand, on-time, and on-budget
- Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Production and Account Directors to align on priorities and milestones, helping remove blockers so everyone can focus on craft
- Be the daily point of contact for assigned clients, running WBS, sharing updates, and ensuring feedback loops are efficient and solutions-oriented
- Coordinate external partners, talent, and influencers across shoots and digital deliverables – tracking usage rights, approvals, and handovers
- QA all deliverables to ensure they meet R.N.A standards before delivery and manage post-production workflows from file delivery to content sign-off
Requirements
- 2–4 years of project management experience within a digital, creative, or production agency
- Confident managing multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, async, and live
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Calm, proactive, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or talent a plus
- Familiarity with post-production, file delivery, and digital formats advantageous
- Interest in fashion, streetwear, design, and culture highly valued
- Experience with Figma or similar tools a bonus
Further Details:

- Contract type: Rolling annual contract (with an initial 3-month probation period)
- Holidays: 28 days of paid holiday per year, plus local public holidays
- Recharge days: 6 per year
- Hours: Monday to Friday, approx 0900 - 1800 (we’re flexible and happy for you to manage your time accordingly)
