An exciting role has opened for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our in-house team, working on creative designs and graphics for the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team.

We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and extensive experience of delivering engaging and creative solutions for all aspects of design. Experience in event design and layout design would be advantageous for this role.

As a custodian of the Mercedes-Benz brand and the Mercedes-AMG Petronas identity you will be producing engaging designs that reflect our brand, our values, and support our business objectives.

About the Role:

As our Graphic Designer your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving instructions from the Head of Creative Design and essential stakeholders within the organization, and completing the entire process of Graphic Design, from initial concept to the finished artwork.
• Create event branding guidelines, outlining all the branding/design needs for each event.
• Executing the integration of partner brands within the team, ensuring adherence to our logo usage guidelines.
• Create engaging and creative graphics, illustrations, and diagrams for use in internal and external communications within established brand guidelines.
• Working alongside the Commercial team to deliver best in class sponsorship proposals, defining creative packages and designing engaging, visual presentations.
• Support all team departments with design needs, including but not limited to; event design support, digital assets, packaging, layouts and presentations.
• Manage your own production processes to ensure designs and projects are delivered on time and to the agreed standard.
• Independently handle challenging tasks with tight deadlines and minimal supervision.

To be successful you will have:

• You are highly creative, motivated, and able to multi-task with a broad design skill set, specifically event design.
• You have proven competence of working in a similar environment and have excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere.
• You have significant experience in graphic design, as well as first-class organisational and time management skills and a sound attention to detail.
• You will ideally have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
