UX Copywriter (Contract)

Hi, we’re token.com. Our goal is to create the most captivating onboarding to the token universe. We intend to do so in a way that makes tokens come to life, and leaves people feeling surprised and with a sense of wonder . We’re looking for a UX Copywriter to join our team on a contract basis. You’ll be working alongside our Product Squads, you’ll support them by writing UX copy for our token.com product.

Here’s the skills and experience we think you’ll need:

• You’ll be passionate about building strategy for content creation across our product.
• Working closely with the Design, Brand and Product teams, you'll demonstrate an ability to come up with innovative ideas, solve problems creatively and shape these into clear inclusive and meaningful copy solutions that centre around customer needs.
• You’ll have strong attention-to-detail to devise clear, simple and consistent customer experiences.
• You’ll be solution focussed and pragmatic!
• You’re a highly effective communicator - you balance talking and listening, both individually and within your team.
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience writing for technical products is very desirable.
• A desire to design for all with your inclusive design approach.
• Open minded, crypto curious.
• A deep understanding of crypto is not required, but the ability to abstract away complexity, and explain it in an easy-to-understand way is highly desirable.
• Self starter with a can do attitude.
• Team player with a view on the big picture.
• Big, big bonus points if you can read and write in Portuguese!
