We’re looking for a creative, collaborative, and innovative candidate who wishes to develop their own skills as well as constantly push the boundaries. Within the SF team you will be involved in a multitude of diverse projects that range from strategic brand development, web/digital design, campaign, print, content creation and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualise and execute awesome design solutions with a good strategic foundation, understanding WHY you’re doing something so this can be communicated to the client

Conduct research and gather insights on consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and market trends to inform and enhance design strategies

Collaborate with and support Design Lead ensuring high quality concepts and execution

Bring your own unique perspective, don’t be afraid to question, give feedback or take critique

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices in design and integrate them into creative concepts and executions

Take ownership of creative challenges, from brief to delivery, including presenting and developing client relationships.

Required Skills:

Proficiency using the adobe suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Indesign, After Effects and Figma

Motion experience is a ‘nice to have’

Have a collaborative, self-assured attitude, working consistently with internal teams and clients

An understanding of how social media works, proven to either have experience working with it or having built your own audience is a bonus

A positive, solution focussed approach, awesome communication skills and be a team player

Organised, self motivated and efficiently work to tight deadlines
