About Névé Studios:
Névé Studios is a photography and video production studio based in Hampshire and servicing clients across the UK and worldwide—including Disney, Sony, Google, Bicester Village and Primrose.
Everything we produce focuses on the human side of the problem. We’re not interested in marketing jargon or sales pitches. We love real stories by real people.
Our commitment to sustainability has been apparent right from the beginning, writing ‘working with only the most ethical organisations’ into the first line of our initial business plan. We’ve turned down a remarkable number of projects from organisations that don’t hold the same values of our own and we know we couldn’t be passionate about the project.
We have an Sustainability Policy which all of our staff must adhere to. This breaks down all of the small things we do to make the biggest difference, such as holding conference calls instead of driving across the country, flexible working and the opportunity to work from home and having an (almost) paperless studio.
In terms of innovation, we’ve always vowed to do things differently and to avoid getting caught up in trends. Trends are shortsighted and offer no longevity. Doing something that’s new and different, just for the sake of being new and different, holds little meaning for us.
That being said, we’re constantly looking for new and better ways of doing what we do. This involves investing in the best equipment and the best staff. There’s always someone out there that can do something better than we can, so we’ve made it our number one priority to bring those skills and in-house and have them at our disposal. It’s dangerous for us to become complacent and think we know best. Baked into our culture is in developing processes and systems. Processes are what allow us to grow and improve our service offering at every stage.
Without processes, it’s all just guesswork.
These processes are what have allowed us to become an effective content creation studio with a wealth of happy clients. It’s these processes that allow us to maintain that personal service through your account manager, but with all of the creative and intellectual muscle working hard in the background on your project. This is something you don’t get with a lone freelancer, and it’s something we’re very proud to possess.
The future for Névé Studios is bright—come and be part of the action.
