Video Templates Designer

VEED.IO is an online video editing platform that makes creative videos easy and accessible to all. Our platform is used by millions of creators around the world who use our products to tell stories, create content, grow audiences, and more (hey, you might even know some of them!).

Our video templates are meant to help our users to begin their creation journey. And we're aiming to build the world’s best video templates library that offer our users a wide variety of usable and dynamic content - and to do that, we need the help of talented designers from across the world to create amazing high-quality video templates designs.

We're building a massive library full of market-bespoke content for many different use cases. We want to be sure that all our users have access to content that reflects their visual aesthetics and trends in their market.

For this role, we're looking for designers that can oversee the end-to-end production of video templates. We're looking for motivated designers who would love to have room for creative freedom in answering briefs. Working closely with copywriters, illustrators, and market growth specialists, you’ll be overseeing the end-to-end production of video templates

What you'll do:

• Create unique concepts for beautiful templates on various themes and topics that are specified by usecases
• Work in VEED.IO video editor to turn the design concepts into videos using the available functionality
• Create design assets such as illustrations, thumbnails and other video and static design elements to make the templates shine
• Do design research, competitor research, create mood boards, and collect design references
• Suggest fresh design styles and creative directions that suit our users’ needs

What we're looking for:

• Designs with the end user’s needs in mind
• Experience as an Illustrator, Animator Graphic or Visual Designer creating a diverse range of digital materials, including videos
• A portfolio demonstrating your passion for designing clean, elegant, and beautiful designs.
• Advanced design sense and mastery of hand illustration, typography, color, conceptual graphic design, and layout creation
• Has a keen understanding of design based on visual, cultural, and popular trends
• Has a strong stylistic approach, and a strong foundation in what makes a good design
• Delivers great designs, on deadline and to brief

VEED is a fast-growing bootstrapped company founded by Sabba Keynejad & Timur Mamedov. We've grown from $0 to $6M ARR in just eighteen months, in a highly competitive market. Just because we're bootstrapped doesn't mean we don't have venture scale dreams.
