Overview is a Special Projects Company helping brands shape worlds people want to live in. We work with clients across industries who are tired of conservative, safe and predictable agency output, and are looking for a new kind of partner to build meaning into their brands and experiences.
About the role
As part of the project team, you’ll work closely with our Creative Director, Design Director, Senior Designer and Mid-Weight Designer, with the freedom to conceptualise, design and deliver brand worlds.
You’ll have the opportunity, guidance and creative space to explore new ways brands can influence people’s lives — from how they look to how they show up in the world. You’ll help brands discover the magic that (let’s be honest) most of them are missing.

Skills & requirements
- Experience working as a Brand Designer, either in an agency or in-house
- A strong understanding of design systems and design processes
- An understanding of brands, culture, and the relationship between the two
- A solid working knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Suite
- Confidence taking ownership of projects, presenting work, and giving and receiving feedback
- Strong communication, time management, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills
Bonus (not a deal-breaker)
- 3D or motion skills (Blender, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Salary & Benefits
£35000 - £40000 PA
20 Days Holidays Allowance + BH and 2 Week Xmas Shut down
Hybrid WFH & Hackney Office
