Job Description
THE ROLE:
A key player in the Client Services team, supporting on UK and global projects for a global sports brand, you will be comfortable in managing the day to day requests from your clients. We’re looking for someone with a personal passion for sport & cultrue, bringing new ideas to the project that align with running and cultural trends, in London and beyond. You would be joining a medium-sized team in a fast paced, exciting and creative environment, working closely with a wider team.
RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE:
- Support across all Client comms on projects, it will your responsibility to ensure tasks are completed within given timelines
- Completing day to day tasks on the project, maintaining the high standards expected from our clients
- Responsible for organising resource internally and being part of external presentations too
- Feeding into status reporting internally and externally
- Generating new ideas based on running and cultural insights
- Managing workload, calling out for support when necessary
- Ensure all creative follows sign-off processes
- Work collaboratively with a team of mixed disciplines to build and challenge ideas and executions
- Oversee production elements, supporting at events where necessary
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- Interest in sport & culture
- Experience in managing clients and relationship building
- A wider interest in culture outside of work - bringing in new perspectives
- Organised and methodical with high attention to detail
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
