Are you passionate about museums, galleries, and creating inspiring spaces? Casson Mann is looking for a Junior 3D Exhibition Designer to join our friendly and collaborative team of 25 in Old Street, London.

We are an award-winning exhibition and interior design studio, working with some of the world’s leading cultural institutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer who wants to develop their skills, work on exciting projects, and learn from experienced mentors in a supportive studio environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting on design projects across all stages, with guidance from senior colleagues

• Producing Vectorworks drawings, sketches, and CGI visuals

• Developing design drawings and renderings to present to partners, clients, and consultants

• Exploring new materials, technologies, and sustainable design solutions

• Supporting the team with model-making and presentation preparation

What we’re looking for:

• Degree (or equivalent) in exhibition, interior, or spatial design

• Understanding of the design process and how design consultancies operate

• Model-making skills and the ability to sketch and visualise ideas

• Proficiency in Vectorworks, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Creativity — the ability to generate and explore ideas in response to a design brief (with support)

• Clear communication skills and confidence presenting ideas within a team

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work quickly and manage your own workload

• A passion for museums, galleries, and storytelling through design

Why join us?

• Work on high-profile cultural projects

• Mentorship and training from experienced exhibition designers

• Creative and supportive studio culture

• Annual summer and Christmas trips, volunteering & teaching allowances

• Career progression opportunities as you develop your skills
