Job Description

ABOUT US

Mother is one of the world’s most respected, independent creative companies. We started around one table with three people, all of whom shared the washing up. 25 years on, Mother has offices in London New York, Los Angeles and Shanghai. From fast moving retailers and brands with global scale, to local jewels with local needs; we create ideas that are embraced by popular culture and deliver more powerfully as a result. Our ambition is to be a destination for the most creative minds in the world.

We live by our holy trinity, which is to make the very best work we can, have fun doing it and earn a living – always in that order.

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hungry, ambitious and fiercely creative design intern who will join our multi-disciplinary, award-winning Communication Design department here at Mother London for a 3-month paid internship, working with our team of 13 designers across all of Mother’s brands as well as Mother’s in house Mother Projects.

The successful applicant will receive a thorough introduction to the world of communication design in advertising, not only within the design department but also the wider agency, gaining a broad overview of the creative process as well as invaluable experience, through working on a mix of live briefs and personal projects.

You will work under the supervision of Senior Designers and report to the Design Director.

The role is currently operating a hybrid model, WFH on Mondays and Fridays and in the studio Tuesday-Thursday.
