What we need:
We are looking for a motivated and pro-active Studio/Project Manager to join our growing team. You will provide a personable, professional support service to the team to aid efficient running of projects and client accounts. Responsibilities will include:
- managing resources within the studio
- briefing projects and working closely with the design team and clients
- keeping track of project deliverables and ensuring they run on time and on budget
- implementing improvements to studio processes and managing them to ensure smooth day-to-day running
- timesheet management and scheduling
You’ll be:
- methodical and focused in the way you work
- a clear communicator with good organisational and planning skills
- team-oriented with the ability to empathise with your colleagues and our clients’ needs
- proactive with a good attention to detail
- flexible to the changing needs of your colleagues and our clients
You’ll have:
- 2/3 years’ experience in studio, account or project management within a design or creative agency
- experience in working with creative teams and understanding their approaches to working and delivering brand, design and digital projects
- familiarity with the unique approach of small creative organisations working with varied and changing programs of work for commercial clients
- passion for delivering great creative work
- exceptional written and verbal English
