Senior Designer
Job Description
We’re looking for a full-time Senior Designer with several years of agency experience to join our team. You will be able to lead on print, website, and identity design projects from concept through to execution, rollout, and delivery.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6 to 8+ years of relevant agency experience
- Good technical proficiency in print, web design, and brand identity design
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Good project management skills, able to deliver projects to (sometimes tight) deadlines
- Ability to build solid relationships and trust with clients with an attentive and personable service
- An interest in our style of work and the clients we work with
- A willingness to mentor and support junior team members
- Someone accountable, responsible, and conscientious
NICE TO HAVES
- Motion skills (e.g. AfterEffects)
- 3D skills (e.g. Cinema4D)
- Video editing skills

STUDIO/HOME WORKING:
We are in the studio Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and work from home other days. You will need to be able to commute to the Leeds studio (city centre) a minimum of three days a week.
