Job Description

FLUORO.® are on the lookout for a meticulous Artworker to join our creative team on a full time permanent basis. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets using established design templates and adhering to brand guidelines. Your main responsibilities will involve adapting digital applications (including videos files) and getting assets print ready (packaging, apparel graphics etc). This role would suit someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working within structured design systems.

What you will do?

— Adapting existing master templates into multiple formats and sizes

— Preparing high-quality artwork for print and digital, ensuring correct formatting, resolution and technical specs

— Image retouching and colour correction

— Adapting and creating multiple versions and additional ratios of master video edits

— Crafting and perfecting signed off graphic assets (logos etc)

— Perform thorough quality checks on all artwork before final delivery

— Collaborate with other team members to ensure assets meet creative and technical requirements

— Checking specs, proofreading and correcting any inconsistencies

— Rotoscoping and keying out of videos would also be a bonus

Key Responsibilities

— Implement design amends and feedback quickly and accurately

— Ensuring brand consistency and adhering to brand guidelines across all materials

— Managing multiple tasks while hitting tight deadlines

— Maintain a well-organised file structure and version control across projects

— Collaborating with designers, marketers, and printers to ensure smooth delivery

— Support the studio with technical expertise and artwork production

— Take ownership of artwork quality control, ensuring all assets are pixel-perfect and print-ready

Key Requirements

— At least 4 years experience in a similar artworker role

— Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

— Solid skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro

— Incredible attention to detail and a sharp eye for layout consistency

— Strong understanding of correct formatting, resolution, file sizes, colour modes and export settings for web, mobile and social platforms

— A solid understanding of print production (bleeds, trims, colour profiles etc)

— Strong file setup, organisation, and version control habits

— A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills

— Familiarity with digital asset prep (web banners, social, email)

— Confident working within established visual templates and brand guidelines

— Ability to produce clean, visually engaging presentation decks using branded templates in InDesign / Pitch / Keynote

About the role

— The role will be 4 days in our studio in Hackney with one day per week working from home (however will consider other more flexible options)
