Role Overview:

As a Junior Creative Designer at Chapel you'll play a key role in delivering a variety of projects, predominately digital, with aspects of print mediums. You'll work closely with Senior Creatives, developing your design skills and producing high-quality B2B collateral for our tech clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the creative process, from initial concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Execution: Assist Senior Creatives in the execution of digital and print designs, including campaign creative and production roll-outs, branding materials, social media content, long-form white papers, event materials (deck design, landing pages), and motion graphics.

Research & Development: Conduct research to support the design process and inform production.

Brand Stewardship: Ensure all designs adhere to and effectively represent our clients' brand values, purpose, and guidelines.

Quality & Timeliness: Deliver design assets on time and to a high standard of quality.

Pitch Support: Contribute to the creation of pitch assets and documents.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Creative Contribution: Support and contribute to the ongoing development and progression of Chapel's creative output.

Essential Skills:

Design Proficiency: Exceptional design skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Software Proficiency: Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, Google Docs/Slides, Keynote, Microsoft Office, and AI tools.

Creative Awareness: A passion for and familiarity with current design trends and broader art/cultural movements.

Communication Skills: Confidence in presenting ideas clearly and concisely to both internal teams and external clients.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Proactive Attitude: A natural curiosity and a "can-do" approach.

Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and a collaborative team spirit.
