We’re on the hunt for a curious designer with motion & brand video specialism.
Your job description
As one of our lead designers, you will have a hunger for all things creative. You will be able to come up with ground-breaking concepts and be a fluid storyteller through your designs and animations. You will have experience with responding to a creative brief and you will be expected be the driver of a project, a confident presenter and have animation and motion graphic skills.
Ideally you will be good with video creation and have knowledge of editing too.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
_ Highly experienced Adobe Creative Suite experience – advanced use of After-Effects, Premier Pro of Photoshop and Illustrator
_ Skills in brand and digital design evolution
_ Skills in telling a brand story/narrative using moving image
_ Generating and presenting creative concepts and storyboards
_ Skills to edit footage
_ The ability to create social assets from large video projects (GIFs, cinemographs, Boomerangs etc.)
_ Understanding of how to craft a narrative through editing
_ Understanding of render requirements for different platforms (Vimeo, YouTube, Instagram etc.)
_ Strong communication skills
_ A meticulous eye for detail

Additional nice to haves:
_ Skills and confidence to shoot solo or as part of a team to cover all aspects of an event / business / location
_ The ability to light and shoot interviews
_ Photography skills for portraiture and architecture
_ Enthusiasm to learn Cinema 4D
_ Knowledge of camera equipment and new technologies
_ Up to date with the latest video and social trends
