We are Conductor. A creative agency dedicated to sport. We work with the leading brands in cycling and other sports to bring them closer to their audience through unique creative concepts and world-class design execution.
Our work ranges from brand strategy, identity, product and brand campaigns through to content creation, print, packaging and much more. Clients include Canyon, Specialized, Chance Running, Rouleur, TIME, The Running Channel, KOO, Wahoo, Haute Route and more.

You:
You’re a skilled and passionate designer that loves typography and graphic design. You can speak confidently and clearly about your work and ideas. You are ambitious and want to create work that excites and wins awards. You have a positive, proactive attitude and are willing to take on a wide variety of projects.
In addition to the usual graphic design skills, you may have some experience in motion (After Effects / Premiere). You are deeply interested in graphic design and are aware of all the latest trends.
If you have a passion for sport that’s great but it’s not vital. What’s more important is that you live and breathe design and want to create exceptional work.
The Details:
You’ll be working from our Central London studio (we’re currently re-locating from Brighton) and work closely with the senior design team and project manager. The day-to-day work load varies and your outputs will include print and digital deliverables.
We start at 9.30am and finish at 6pm. You will receive 22 days holiday a year plus bank holidays. We also shut the studio between Christmas and New Year.
The Package:
- Competitive salary - £26,000 – £30,000
- 2 performance reviews per year with an annual salary review
- 22 days holiday + Christmas studio closure (up to 5 days)
