In this role you will work with the team to support our programming and content creation initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that our programming and content team is able to execute great talent led sessions, video, editorial and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Co-ordinate, manage and execute events and content initiatives, documentation and timelines, as well as manage post evaluation and best practice sharing

Initiate connections with prospective talent to garner and measure interest and skillset

Work with talent to uncover and highlight unique skill sets for an individualised approach to sessions and content experience

Support end to end event and content production, including work with creative agencies

Point person for briefs and asset management, including creation of relevant briefs for manager review

Own and manage the tracking of all asset requests ensuring timely development of all deliverables (video, content)

Management and tracking of production briefs and schedule

Share updates and inform key partners and stakeholders throughout the project both within EMEIA and with our Worldwide partners

Track, report and provide results, insights and learning for programming and content initiatives

Support team in the creation of Keynote, and follow up to meetings (notes, actions and recaps)

The Candidate

Must have interest in the cultural scene, with emphasis on some or all of the following passions: music, art & design, photography, coding .

Has experience and clear understanding of delivering events across multiple platforms, languages and countries

Is an agile learner, resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment across a global organisation with quick turnaround times. 

Possesses the organisational skills of a project manager, is a systematic thinker with strong attention to detail—and an ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple work streams.

Is an inventive and enthusiastic problem solver, at ease with working in a dynamic, highly matrixed organisation and has strong communication skills.

Has a sharp attention to detail to QA all projects at the highest possible levels. You are able to take a project and run with it, but not be afraid to question and be proactive in making it better.

Will always validate the work against the programme requirements ensuring maximum impact and efficiency. You take pride that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Key Qualifications

Experience working in the entertainment industry, events or marketing space

Excellent project and time management skills, strong attention to detail and quick to learn and accommodate rapid change and ambiguity

Experience managing execution across multiple languages and countries

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
