We take unconventional practices that are designed to improve the human experience, align them with cultural icons and deliver them in a way that feels desirable and relatable. Documentaries, reality series, endorphin-releasing videos, audio and beyond.

THE ROLE

Reporting and working closely with our VP of Business Development and Strategy, you will be responsible for leading art direction, creative conceptualisation, development and delivery of large and small scale commercial projects providing integrated solutions across digital, events etc.

  • Leading pitch presentations for new business development and acquisition as well as writing their own proposals and leading the strategy on projects.
  • Support and lead research projects as well as supporting with developing the strategic and creative services within Woo’s agency.
  • Projects will be extremely varied, from white labelled campaign work, partnerships and activations to platform or new product development. Work will always link back to our culture and audience and across a range of media, so presentations require creative strategy, channel and brand planning as well as reporting and analysis.
  • Pitching projects to clients, internal stakeholders and building relationships across the business and with clients.
  • A collaborative team player but also able to work independently.

MINIMUM CRITERIA

  • Strong demonstrable experience within a media planning department
  • Confident with preparing presentations, quickly structuring verbal or written arguments as well as reporting and analysis of data
  • A good understanding of and experience with media and digital formats
