We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our retainer team, where you'll serve as a brand guardian for our ongoing creative partnerships with clients.

Being a brand guardian means…

• You love building and evolving brands over time — shaping ideas into lasting experiences through ongoing creative partnerships.
• You’re versatile in design, comfortable across multiple disciplines. From decks and social media assets to ad creative, sales materials, web pages, and beyond.
• You’ve got a solid foundation in marketing. In other words, your creative work is always purposeful, impactful, and aligned with strategy.
• You’re adept at managing your time efficiently to meet both our high standards and the needs of our clients.
• You bring strong opinions to the table, proactively developing solutions rather than simply reacting to challenges.
• You’re a proactive communicator and organiser who efficiently manages their day, asks insightful questions, and confidently presents ideas to clients (all while coordinating effectively with the team).
• You have a sharp eye for exceptional design and aren’t afraid to advocate for what truly stands out.

Plus, you…

• Bring 3+ years of experience in an agency environment (ideally).
• Are proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, and Google Slides.
• Have knowledge of generative AI tools and prompting (this would be a bonus).
