Video Editor (Junior to Midweight - 6 month FTC)

Little Thief Studio is looking for a Video Editor (Junior to Midweight - 6 month FTC) to work on one of our accounts for a major client within football.

The job:
The Video Editor will create amazing content for social and digital platforms for our high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, with an excellent understanding of social platforms, capable of working to tight deadlines, and understanding the needs of clients. The role will be based in-house at the client's North-West London offices.
Responsibilities:
- Fully involved throughout the video content cycle across the clients channels.
- Deliver edits for existing strands and features in multiple formats.
- Work to a calendar populated with 'business as usual' content.
- Adhere to the structure, set up and naming conventions specified.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of video editing experience with excellent Premiere Pro skills
- Knowledge and experience of using After Effects alongside Premiere Pro
- Must understand optimisation for social platforms and have good experience in creating video packages for social platforms (ideally Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube)
- Think creatively and working comfortably to brand guidelines and tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sport knowledge, in particular football
- Outstanding communication skills to maintain effective working relations with a wide range of internal and external contacts
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator would be an advantage
- Open-minded, flexible and able to work with people effectively at all levels
- Willingness to learn more about digital sport content
Terms:
Salary depending on experience, 6 month FTC with the potential to extend.
