Job Description

Here at CareCo, we’re all about cheering our customers on to a better everyday. We do that by being the UK’s leading mobility retailer, with a fantastic range of products and services designed to boost the independence and wellbeing of anyone who might struggle with their day to day life.

We work really hard to bring those products and services to life across our digital channels. And that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Digital Designer to design and implement creative assets for our digital channels, including our website, social media and email marketing.

You’ll have at least 2 years’ experience in digital design, with a good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and Mailchimp (that last one is essential).

Joining a team of people passionate about their work, you’ll be more than comfortable working with minimal direction and using your own initiative. You’re willing to get creative and produce original ideas, even if they don’t always work at first, and you’ll be detail oriented. In other words, you know it’s the little touches that bring a brand to life.

Experience of designing for social media channels is handy, especially if that’s for a brand selling directly to customers. Someone who feels comfortable pitching in with content planning will be a star in our eyes. And if you’ve got an eye for repurposing content for promotional use across different marketing channels, even better.

Do you have a portfolio that demonstrates all of the above, as well as a knowledge of digital design trends and an original creative approach? Well, we’d love to see it.

Join us in our new Head Office

It’s a fantastic time to be joining CareCo. Due to our rapid expansion, we’re relocating our Head Office teams to a brand-new building on the Horizon 120 development in Braintree. So while we’re currently based in Brentwood, Essex, naturally we’ll be looking for candidates comfortable with our imminent move.

Please note that this particular role will require the successful applicant to work remotely until our move to Braintree in 2022.
