We're Looking For a Talented Individual to Join Our Creative Team!
We're on the hunt for an amazing Project Manager and Operations superstar to join our creative team during a maternity cover period. You'll help us create positive change for our clients and play a key role in supporting impact-driven initiatives.

Who You Are
You'll be joining a team on a mission to empower people, planet, and profit-driven outcomes. You love solving complex challenges related to social, environmental, and economic standards and are exceptionally organised, keeping on top of many tasks and projects, ensuring everything is followed through to completion. You're great with people and are a clear and confident communicator.
Since we're a small, nimble team, you'll need to be comfortable wearing many hats. If you're excited to help out and eager to dive into different parts of what we do and represent, then this role is perfect for you!
What You'll Do
- Contribute to a friendly, collaborative culture and advocate for positive progression
- Bring process and organisation to the forefront of team-wide decision making
- Create and maintain internal processes that are functional, flexible, and accessible
- Work with partners and teams directly to ensure consistent organisation and management
- Assist staff and directors with general PA tasks and calendar management
- Work closely with internal and external teams across multiple projects
- Establish and improve internal processes from first-contact to delivery
- Challenge conventions to deliver new impact solutions for people, planet, and profit
- Take meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on actions
- Support with team events and bookings
- Provide ad-hoc operational support
What You'll Need
- Exceptional organisational skills! We care less about your CV and more about your demonstrated ability with process and efficiency
- Expert-level knowledge of Notion with the ability to inform better processes, organisation, and feature optimisation (this is crucial!)
- Strong sense of empathy for client partners, consumers, and the creative team
- Excellent problem-solving ability, even with limited information
- A passion for building impact-driven solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain decisions clearly
- An active, curious mindset that continually pushes convention
- Ideally 3 years' experience working in a Creative Agency and managing project dashboards
What Would be Nice
- A naturally organised approach to work and systems
- High IT literacy with a willingness to learn new systems quickly
- Previous Project and Account Management experience
- Understanding of the design world and its potential impact on ethical business

The Small Print
This role is a 9-month contract. The proposed salary will be calculated on a pro-rata (40 hour) basis, with 32 hours a week over 4 days. There's a high chance of a permanent position after the contract ends, depending on business needs and performance, but we can't promise anything right now.
