Mid-weight Designer, Central London, £40k DOE

We are experiencing a very busy start to Q2 and are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join our gifted, passionate and growing team. 

We are on the lookout for a seriously talented Creative Designer with a high level of potential as well as a proven talent for both brand and digital design. If you are ready to take your career to the next level and are seeking the right place to take the next step up to senior this exciting role could be the one for you.

 You’ll be joining a highly accomplished team that buzzes with passion and ideas – inspired by our Oxford Street location and a constant flow of new briefs from new and existing clients, all fueled by spontaneous lunches, Friday cocktail hour or Soho pub visits, and snacks on tap.

Key requirements of the role

_ Proven capability within both brand and digital design

_ Confident working to deadlines and achieving defined goals

_ Excellent presentation, organisational and time management skills

_ An ability to get things done quickly (whilst maintaining quality)

_ Advanced skills in the tools of the trade such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch

_ An understanding of wireframes and website design including UI and UX design

Your Skills and Experience:

_ You are a strong communicator

_ You have a meticulous eye for detail

_ You are comfortable taking the lead on a project

_ You possess a genuine desire to grow professionally

Nice to have’s:

_ 3+ years’ agency experience

_ Workshop and client-facing experience

_ Team leading skills

_ An interest in how brands work
