Plates, founded by Keeley and Kirk Haworth is an ambitious, plant-led food group with divisions in London and South-West France. The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in May 2025, and has built a strong and steadily growing digital presence from the ground up, now reaching an engaged audience across the UK and beyond.

Life at Plates is fast-paced, creatively rich and full of opportunities to learn and grow. As we continue to expand, we are on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to manage our email marketing and our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin) and support our wider marketing campaigns for our London restaurant & creative studio, and our farm in France.

We’re looking for a driven, detailed and passionate marketer with a pragmatic approach to their work, established in marketing for at least 3 years to join our growing creative food group.

Responsibilities & duties:

Execute core marketing tasks across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing and website updates.

Generate content ideas aligned with Plates’ brand positioning and wider marketing campaigns.

Write clear, on-brand copy tailored to the different audiences across our business.

Support campaign delivery for various creative projects from brief through to execution and reporting.

Help maintain and build community engagement across all our channels to grow our online community.

Take ownership of website updates (Wordpress) and create visual assets for newsletters and marketing emails.

Assist with partnership and influencer outreach initiatives.

Provide admin support to management and studio support when required.

Manage your own plus one other general enquiries inbox.

Skills & profile (what we’re looking for):

Motivated to make an impact from day one, and excited to contribute to the creative growth and engagement of audiences with the overall Plates brand which includes our London restaurant & creative studio, and farm in France.

A driven, positive & proactive attitude.

Experience of growing email lists, managing email marketing campaigns including designing email funnels, automation flows and personalisation.

Experience of setting up and managing paid marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of the current social media landscape and marketing requirements of a small business.

Have a good personal social presence, be up to speed on current trends, and content creation tools.

Comfortable moving between varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.

An understanding of integrating A.I tools (e.g. Claude) into workflow (desirable).

Have a good sense of style to help direct and coordinate styling for photoshoots.

Passion for hospitality, food, and world-class dining experiences.

Minimum of three year’s experience in a similar role.

Curious, highly-organised and eager to learn every aspect of a small but multi-dimensional business.

Learning & Development Opportunities:
