Job Description

Set Reset is looking for a talented mid-weight producer to join our growing creative studio in Hackney Wick, London. The ideal candidate will have first-rate organisational and communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary design and development team, you will oversee the delivery of data design projects and help organise our lively and ambitious studio.

Responsibilities

Production

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients
  • Being actively involved in the running of creative projects, ensuring deliverables are on time and budget
  • Planning, maintaining and communicating project timelines
  • Facilitating meetings and managing client feedback
  • Validating that project objectives are met and completed to Set Reset’s and our client’s expectations
  • Acting as a constructive sounding board from initial proposal to final delivery
  • Organising the project team, minimising uncertainty and making sure each engagement runs smoothly
  • Proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, escalating where necessary
  • Managing third party suppliers and/or freelancers
  • Monitoring project progress and task prioritisation

Operations

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Supporting new business inquiries—from participating in initial conversations to assisting in creation of proposals and SoWs
  • Organising and booking team travel, transport and accommodation for business trips and installations
  • Contributing to an active and friendly studio culture, being open, inquisitive and generally awesome to other members of the team

Qualifications

  • At least three years experience in a similar producer role at a creative agency
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English
  • Good soft skills and comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Self-motivated, reliable and prepared to work across a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable with an eagerness to learn

The ideal candidate will have

  • An interest in data visualisation / digital design / technical development
  • An understanding of agile project management methodologies such as Scrum
  • Experience using Google Workspace and Adobe Indesign
