Mid-weight producer
Job Description
Set Reset is looking for a talented mid-weight producer to join our growing creative studio in Hackney Wick, London. The ideal candidate will have first-rate organisational and communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary design and development team, you will oversee the delivery of data design projects and help organise our lively and ambitious studio.
Responsibilities
Production
- Be the primary point of contact for clients
- Being actively involved in the running of creative projects, ensuring deliverables are on time and budget
- Planning, maintaining and communicating project timelines
- Facilitating meetings and managing client feedback
- Validating that project objectives are met and completed to Set Reset’s and our client’s expectations
- Acting as a constructive sounding board from initial proposal to final delivery
- Organising the project team, minimising uncertainty and making sure each engagement runs smoothly
- Proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, escalating where necessary
- Managing third party suppliers and/or freelancers
- Monitoring project progress and task prioritisation
Operations
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Supporting new business inquiries—from participating in initial conversations to assisting in creation of proposals and SoWs
- Organising and booking team travel, transport and accommodation for business trips and installations
- Contributing to an active and friendly studio culture, being open, inquisitive and generally awesome to other members of the team
Qualifications
- At least three years experience in a similar producer role at a creative agency
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English
- Good soft skills and comfortable in a client-facing role
- Self-motivated, reliable and prepared to work across a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable with an eagerness to learn
The ideal candidate will have
- An interest in data visualisation / digital design / technical development
- An understanding of agile project management methodologies such as Scrum
- Experience using Google Workspace and Adobe Indesign
