Midweight Designer

About the Role

We’re a Brighton-based branding studio working with some of the biggest and most successful brands, as well as ambitious start-ups and scale-ups. We’re seeking a talented Midweight Designer to join our creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who thrives across multiple disciplines and is passionate about producing innovative, impactful work.

You’ll work closely with strategists, copywriters and fellow designers in our small team to create thoughtful, high-quality design across digital, print, and physical environments. In this role, you’ll help craft brand and visual systems from creative concept and development through to final artwork and production.

You’ll manage multiple projects at once, being hands-on in shaping the visual direction for new briefs while delivering work that meets our high standards.

About You

You’re a curious, proactive designer who blends creative ambition with clarity of thinking.

You’re confident at presenting ideas, open to feedback and enjoy producing work that’s both conceptually strong and beautifully crafted.

You’re comfortable managing multiple workflows in tandem and demonstrate excellent ability to work from concept through to final production.

You thrive in a small, collaborative studio, balancing detail with pace and stay organised and calm in the face of deadlines. Above all you will bring a positive, open, and curious approach to everything you do.

Experience

3–5 years in a branding or design studio environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity thinking and execution.

Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (required).

Experience in developing brand systems and guidelines.

Confident presenting work internally and to clients.

Able to manage multiple workflows and collaborate across creative, project management and production.

Competitive salary (depending on experience).

100% studio-based in our central Brighton studio.

8.30am - 5.30pm (5pm finish on a Friday).
