We are looking for an Office Manager to join our production studio, Kode Media, in Old Street, London starting ASAP.

The job is a full-time position working from within our Mitchell Street office.

We are a multi-award-winning production studio, founded by five friends with a simple mission - to put our stamp on the industry as a new generation creative company. With our roster of directors, we obsessively and lovingly work across advertising, music, creative and tech.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and super organised Office Manager to work alongside the Chief Operations Officer to help organise freelancers, book spaces, EA duties to leadership team, manage meeting rooms, keep office environment in order and help with day to day general office duties, run it smoothly and set the vibe to create the best positive environment for our staff, guests and anyone else who passes through.

This is an opportunity to be part of a growing, family-style company that’s making roads in both the commercial and music video industries.

This job is a suitable career path for Operations and Senior Management, and not intended to be a path for transitioning into a producing role.

Essential Attributes:

  • Providing first class hospitality for our clients
  • Being the go to, connecting person, for the company
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly Organised and resourceful
  • Proficiency in Mac, G-Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Be Social and Outgoing
  • Bonus: Experience working in another Production Company/Post House/Agency
  • Bonus: Hospitality experience

Role Highlights:

  • Looking after all responsibilities for the building
  • Daily office management and presentation

  • Maintaining company and MD’s diaries; assisting with appointments and scheduling
