Ruder Finn London is a full-service communications consultancy, working in the UK and internationally with leading businesses and industry associations within the healthcare, technology and life sciences sectors. What we are looking for

An articulate, intelligent mid-weight designer to work across a diverse range of design projects for a variety of clients. No experience or knowledge of healthcare or the tech industry is required. The candidate should have big ideas, energy, enthusiasm and four or more years' experience working on brand and digital projects. They should have an appetite for growing their digital and moving image skill sets and experience, as this role has the opportunity to broaden skills in these areas. This is an opportunity for an ambitious candidate to develop their craft within a passionate and hard working team.

Skill and experience expectations

Clever creative ideas and conceptual thinking

Proven experience working on branding (including brand identity/guidelines)

Ability to interpret and visualise complex information

Solid typographic/layout design skills, with a high level of crafting and attention to detail

An understanding of messaging and how it can be used to drive communications

Experience working on digital deliverables (for example websites, micro-sites, online campaigns)

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage time and work to a deadline

Team player

A keen interest in digital trends

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

After Effects/motion graphic skills are an advantage
